Lazarus highlighted in new Kevin Nye book

We’re excited to announce that Lazarus is highlighted in Kevin Nye’s new book, Hope for the Mission. In this book, he discusses faith-based ministries that align with best practices in the effort to come alongside and love our unhoused neighbors well. We are honored to be among the groups that Nye spotlights - and in particular the joy and dignity of having fun together that is such a part of our events and interactions with our friends facing homelessness.

The awareness generated from our inclusion in this book has already resulted in several churches and ministries reaching out to us to learn more about Lazarus and our approach. We pray that our story will inspire and assist others as they seek to connect with the homeless community in their cities.
